CALDO DE PESCADO (FISH SOUP) 
3 tbsp. butter or oil
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 brown onion, chopped
1 lb. fish (frozen or fresh), cut in lg. pieces
1 tsp. comino (powder)
Salt and pepper to taste

In large pot: Saute tomatoes, green onions, garlic, cilantro, brown onion in butter or oil. Add 2 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add fish and comino, and salt and pepper to taste. After adding fish, ONLY boil for 2-3 minutes.
