B-B-Q PORK CHOPS 
6 (1 inch) pork chops
Salt and pepper
8 oz. can seasoned tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Brown pork chops in heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops; simmer until tender, about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
