BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. limas
Pinch baking soda
1 c. tomato soup
5 sm. onions
2 slices bacon, cut in quarters
1 c. maple syrup
Salt & pepper

Soak limas overnight. Drain, save some water. Cover with warm water with baking soda, boil until little soft. Drain, save little water. Place beans in pot and add remaining ingredients. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
