BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dry lima beans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. salad mustard
A little salt and pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, sliced

Soak beans overnight in water to cover them. Next morning, drain. Add more water and cook until nearly tender (1/2 hour more). Add other ingredients and put into large casserole, bean pot or 2 smaller casseroles. Put 1/2 pound of bacon on top, either while strips or cut up.

Bake in moderate (350 degree) oven 1/2 to 1 hour until bacon is cooked and browned and beans are done. Cover for first few minutes, then uncovered.
