BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. lima beans, soaked overnight

Drain and cover with water and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook until soft. Rinse with hot water. Put in casserole. Dot with:

1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. molasses
1 lg. diet cream cheese or 1 pt. sour cream

Toss well. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
