SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
6 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion
6 smoked pork chops

Peel and slice potatoes and onion. Grease pan or glass dish. Make white sauce of butter, milk, flour over low heat. Layer potatoes, onions, and chops. Repeat layers. Pour white sauce over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Grated cheese can be added last 15 minutes.
