SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
6 med. size potatoes, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
6 pork chops

Arrange layer of potatoes in baking dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour. Add another layer of potatoes and continue until all are used. Add milk. Trim excess fat from pork chops; place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
