PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
5-6 pork chops
5-6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper

Brown pork chops in skillet. While these are cooking, peel and thinly slice potatoes. Boil potatoes in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.

In a 9"x13" pan, place a layer of potatoes, half of chopped onions, dots of butter and salt and pepper. Layer rest of potatoes, onions, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over potatoes. Place browned pork chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
