“CHEESY POTATOES” IS IN:

CHEESY POTATOES 
1 1/4 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
10 3/4 oz. canned cream of chicken soup
5 oz. sour cream
5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, cut into pats

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and dot with butter. Bake about 1 hour or until bubbly and golden on top.

Back in 80s Ann Landers printed a recipe for cheese potatoes. As I remember the potatoes were sliced mixed with the other ingredients an baked in the oven. They were the best ever, I lost the recipe she printed an have not been able to locate it again. Can you help..Thank you..
