1 1/4 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 10 3/4 oz. canned cream of chicken soup 5 oz. sour cream 5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 medium onion, chopped 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, cut into pats Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and dot with butter. Bake about 1 hour or until bubbly and golden on top. Submitted by: RC |
