DOUBLE - CRISPY CHICKEN 
7 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken pieces
3 tbsp. melted butter

1. Crush corn flakes and set aside.

2. In small bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper.

3. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed corn flakes. Place in single layer in oiled baking pan.

4. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cover. Do not turn chicken.
