BAKED CHICKEN WITH CURRY 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions, sliced

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 1/4 cup butter in 9 x 13 baking dish and melt. In plastic bag, combine 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper, paprika and curry powder; shake to blend. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time, shaking well to coat. Place in baking dish and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

Place 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, bouillon cubes and boiling water in saucepan and cook until thick. Turn chicken over and bake 10 minutes more. Prepare onions, tomatoes and mushrooms; place on top of chicken pieces. Pour sauce over all and bake an additional 20 minutes more.
