WHEAT LIGHT PANCAKES 
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir together dry ingredients. Combine other ingredients and add to dry. Stir until just moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Cook as usual.
