1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter

Optional Coating:

1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/4 block paraffin

Mix confectioners sugar, butter and peanut butter together. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 2 hours then coat with chocolate almond bark or optional coating.
