CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
3 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened
2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal
Chocolate coating

Thoroughly combine the sugar, butter and peanut butter; add cereal and mix to blend. Use hands, if necessary, to combine ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls.

Prepare Chocolate Coating: Melt in top of double boiler, over hot water, 1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips, 6 oz. milk chocolate and about 3 oz. paraffin; remove from heat. Drop balls, one or two, at a time, into the melted mixture; lift out with a fork and set on waxed paper to harden. Yield: 6 dozen.

Leftover chocolate coating can be stored in a covered container in refrigerator and melted for use in the next batch. The balls may be frozen.
