PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
3 c. peanut butter
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
3 sticks butter
Chocolate coating

Whip butter and peanut butter until fluffy. Add confectioners sugar a little at a time. Use mixer at first and finish by hand. Roll into 1-inch balls.

For coating, melt 2 pounds chocolate discs in microwave or on top of stove. Dip balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper until chocolate sets. Keep in airtight container in a cool place or refrigerator. This can be cut in half as it makes a lot of balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
