VERY CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
1 (18 oz.) jar Skippy super chunk peanut butter 1/2 lb. butter, softened 1 lb. powdered sugar Cream peanut butter and butter together, add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Form into balls (coat hands with small amount of powdered sugar to keep dough from sticking). Put onto foil lined cookie sheet and chill for 1 1/2 hours after forming. COATING: Melt an 8 ounce Hershey bar and 1/3 of a bar of paraffin and mix thoroughly. Coat the balls and chill on foil. Enjoy! |
