HAM 'N CHEESE ROLLUPS 
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 (1/8 inch) slices boiled ham
Ritz crackers

In small bowl combine cheeses and butter until well blended. Spread 1/4 of mixture on one ham slice; repeat on remaining ham slices. Roll up from short sides. Chill several hours or wrap and freeze if desired.

Slice rolls into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on top of Ritz crackers and serve. If frozen, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
