MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH HAM 
2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 (10 oz.) sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
1 egg
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. ham pieces

Mix together and heat until cheese is melted: 10 ounces cheese (cut into small cubes), milk, egg and flour (shaken until smooth), salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and butter. DO NOT BOIL.

Cook macaroni 9 minutes and drain. Layer the sauce, macaroni and ham in a 3 quart greased casserole dish. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.

Bake at 400°F 15 minutes or until light brown and bubbly. Oh, so good.
