MACARONI AND HAM CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 box elbow macaroni
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 lb. Coon extra sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 lb. smoked ham (cured)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook macaroni as usual. Put layer of macaroni, a layer of butter, a layer of diced ham, a layer of cheese. Sprinkle some flour. Repeat steps until the dish is full. On top layer of butter, layer of cheese, some flour and last, bread crumbs. Then fill dish with milk. Bake in open at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, for 30 to 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
