SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can or 2 sm. cans shoe peg corn, drained
1 can green beans, French style, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. green peppers
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together.

TOPPING:

1/2 box cheese bits
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 can slivered almonds

Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
