C. LE'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/2 box crackers
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Mix all but last 3 ingredients in casserole dish then melt butter and mix with crackers and almonds. Place on top of vegetables in casserole. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
