WHEAT GERM MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. poultry season

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour in loaf pan. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

A nice change of pace - before baking, spread with your favorite Italian sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated cheese.
