CARROT SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 c. carrots, grated
2 c. boiling water, including pineapple juice
1 c. salad dressing
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. Cool Whip

Cool Jello after dissolving in boiling water. Next add pineapple, carrots, salad dressing, coconut and walnuts. When partially jelled add Cool Whip.
