KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 pkg. tortillas
1 chicken
1 onion
1/2 of 1 bell pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro Tel tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese

Bake or boil chicken. Line casserole with tortillas. Debone chicken and put over tortillas. Chop onion and bell pepper and spread over chicken. Mix chili powder, soups, garlic, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chop the tomatoes, and put in casserole on other ingredients. Grate cheese over top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
