CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI SALAD | |
3 lbs. boneless chicken 1 bunch broccoli, uncooked 2 lg. carrots, peeled 1 (8 oz.) bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing or any Ranch salad dressing 8 oz. mayonnaise 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder Boil chicken until fully cooked, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let chicken cool completely. Cut up chicken into medium chunks. Then cut-up broccoli heads only (no stalks), and cut-up carrots into small chunks. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with the chicken, broccoli and carrots. Stir up well and enjoy. |
