1 lg. cucumber
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 sm. finely diced onion
Sliced dill
Oil
Vinegar
Salt

Very thinly slice cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Let stand 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water from cukes and place in a bowl. Add the onion, sour cream, dill and a little oil and vinegar.
