TUNA-BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 homemade or store crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (12 oz.) canned milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt

Thaw and "drain" broccoli between paper towels. Combine milk, eggs, tuna fish, cheese, dill weed and broccoli and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°F (or until knife comes out clean, cutting into center). Let stand 10 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
