BROCCOLI HAM QUICHE 
2 c. frozen shredded hash browns
1 c. (4-oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. diced fully cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place hash browns in a greased 9-inch microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes or until thawed. Press onto botom and halfway up the sides of rhe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes, sprinkle with cheese, ham and broccoli. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over the ham mixture. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at 70% power for 10-12 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

Yield: 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
