SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 cake mix, chocolate or yellow, mix as directed on pkg.
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Fix cake mix and pat into paper cupcake liners in muffin tins.

For filling: Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and salt. Beat, stir in morsels. Put 1 teaspoon into the center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
