1 box German cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Prepare cake as directed on package.

FILLING: Mix cream cheese with sugar, add egg and chips. Fill muffin paper baking cups 1/2 full. Drop a rounded teaspoon of filling in each cupcake. Bake by cake directions. Great also with a Dutch Chocolate Cake!
