SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Fill paper bake cups in muffin pan 2/3 full. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, and egg; add salt. Mix well. Drop 1 teaspoon of mixture into each cupcake batter. Bake as package directions for cupcakes.
