SELF FILLING CUPCAKES 
Use 1 chocolate cake mix and prepare as directed. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Drop filling on top of each.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese and sugar until light. Add egg and salt. Stir in chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost if desired or top with sugar and nuts before you bake.
