MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
32 oz. can refried beans
16 oz. jar picante sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. sour cream
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Mix together beans, picante sauce, taco seasoning and sour cream in large mixing bowl. Add hamburger. Layer shell, mixture, then cheese. Repeat until out of mixture. End with shell. Top with cheese.

Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350°F.

Note: Spray tinfoil with nonstick spray to keep the cheese from sticking.
