8 1/2 c. corn meal
7 c. flour
11 1/3 tbsp. baking powder
2 3/4 tbsp. salt
3 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 qts. and 1/2 c. milk
17 beaten eggs
2 c. finely chopped onion
Oil for frying

In a bowl combine corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt and garlic salt. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.

Using a teaspoon, drop batter into 1/8 inch hot oil in frying pan. Cook for 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
