SAUSAGE NOODLE CREOLE 
1 lb. sausage links (Italian sausage could also be used)
1 c. diced green peppers
2 #2 cans (1 lb. 3 oz. each) tomatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. med. noodles

Put sausage in cold electric fry pan. Set temperature at 300 degrees. Pour off fat as it accumulates. Cook, turning often until brown, about 10 minutes. Remove sausages. Saute onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons of fat until tender. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Return sausages to skillet and bring to a boil. Turn temperature to 200 degrees. Simmer covered with vent open. Stir occasionally for 15-18 minutes or until noodles are done. Serves 6. (If you use Italian sausages, cut them up in small pieces after they are browned. Add more water if needed.)
