POLISH NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. Polish sausage
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook noodles. Cook sausage, drain and cut into pieces. Combine onion, green pepper, tomato soup, water and salt. In large casserole dish, combine noodles, sausage and tomato soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
