ITALIAN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) box noodles
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Italian sausage
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Fry sausage and slice; set aside (easier to slice after cooking). Cook noodles and drain as directed on box. Pour spaghetti sauce over cooked noodles; mix. Add sausage slices to noodle mixture.

Using 3 quart (2 1/2 quart) casserole dish; put 1/2 of noodles in dish. Top with half cheese. Add remaining noodles and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
