PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING
6 pork chops
Lawry's seasoned salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Goya Adobo all-purpose seasoning
Lemon juice
Cooking oil
Reynolds oven cooking bags
1 tbsp. flour
Stove Top stuffing mix, butter and water (according to directions on box)
1 packet Durkee Gravy Mix for pork

Take 6 pork chops, rinse with water, then trim off fat. Season with Lawry's seasoned salt, pepper, a little garlic powder and some Goya Adobo seasoning. Sprinkle some lemon juice and cooking oil over chops. Mix together well.

Place oven cooking bag in baking pan or baking dish. Then add pork chops, spreading them out so they don't overlap. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and close the bag. Make sure bag does not hang over sides. Then put it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Just before pork chops are done, prepare stuffing using directions on box. Make about 6-8 servings (which should be enough to cover pork chops). Then make pork gravy according to directions on packet.

When pork chops are done take pork chops out of bag, drain liquids and throw away the bag. In same dish or pan make layers of stuffing, pork chops, gravy, again stuffing, pork chops, gravy and end with stuffing on top. Pour some gravy over stuffing. Cover pan and push back in oven for 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
