STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 lg. pork chops
1 box quick stuffing
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pkg. instant pork gravy mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet until brown on both sides. Mix stuffing mix as box says with a little less water. Stir gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water until no lumps appear and then add to 2 cans of mushroom soup.

Spread stuffing on the bottom of an 8x10 cake pan. Add browned pork chops, placing them on top of the stuffing. Cover with soup and gravy mixture. Cover tin with foil and bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees and enjoy.
