JELLIED APPLE NUT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, lemon juice and salt. Chill until thick. Add celery, apples and nuts; mix well. Pour in mold and chill.
