LEMON GLAZE CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 3/4 c. salad oil 3/4 c. water 4 eggs Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking, prepare glaze. GLAZE: 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice Mix well. As soon as cake is taken from oven, punch holes all through cake with cooking fork. Pour glaze over all. If it doesn't all absorb, punch more holes. |
