LEMON GLAZE CAKE 
1 pkg. white or lemon cake mix (best with lemon!)
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c. water

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. water
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix and beat well. Bake in a greased and floured (square, tube or 9 x 13 inch) pan at 350 degrees (45 minutes for tube pan or 30 minutes for 9 x 13 inch pan).

While hot, poke full of holes with ice pick or large fork. Pour glaze over cake and let it seep into holes. May be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
