CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. whipping cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/4 c. pineapple juice

Mix lime gelatin according to directions on package. Let stand until partially congealed. Fold in cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.

Mix lemon gelatin with 1 1/4 cups hot water and 3/4 cup pineapple juice. Let set until partially congealed.

Blend the cream cheese with the milk. Whip the cream and then mix the lemon gelatin, whipped cream and cream cheese together with an electric mixer. Spread this over the lime mixture. Let set until firm.

Mix strawberry gelatin with 1 3/4 cups hot water and 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Cool to room temperature and pour over the other layers.
