4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon

Bring milk nearly to boil and cool. Beat other ingredients together and add to milk. Put in pudding pan; place pan in another pan of hot water. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.
