MEDITERRANEAN BAGUETTE SANDWICH | |
1 12+ inch baguette bread 5 oz. thin sliced salami 2 thin sliced tomatoes 4 lettuce leaves 2 tsp. oregano flakes 1 tbsp. olive oil dash of ground black pepper (optional) Cut out the 2 ends of a baguette bread (12-inch long without the ends). Open it and add the olive oil, oregano flakes and a dash of black pepper (optional) allowing the oil to soak into the bread. Fill it with the salami, tomatoes and lettuce leaves, close and press-heat the sandwich. It is also quite good at room temperature. Submitted by: Luis De Santis (Venezuela) |
