DORAYAKI 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. sake
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can Koshian or Tsubuan

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, honey, sake, water and soy sauce. Add to dry mixture and mix well.

Grease electric frying pan to 350 degrees. Fry 1 tablespoonful at a time. Turn over when bubbles form until brown both sides. Place 1 tablespoonful Koshian on center of warm pancake. Place another pancake on top and pinch with fingertips all around the edge to seal.
