KEY LIME PIE 
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Second Nature egg substitute
6 oz. Key Lime juice

Mix the Second Nature and milk thoroughly and add the key lime juice a little at a time until the mixture is creamy. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip, serve and eat without guilt.
