HEALTHY BAKED CHICKEN | |
Skinless, bone-in, or boneless chicken pieces Skim milk to cover Small amount of free mayonnaise or salad dressing Instant oatbran cereal uncooked Seasoned salt Cooking spray Soak chicken in milk, 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub to moisten with free dressing. Coat with oatbran cereal. Season to taste. Spray baking sheet or 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 375 degrees to 40 to 60 minutes. Turn 1/2 way. |
