BAKED CHICKEN WITH SOY SAUCE
1 garlic clove
1 lg. onion
6 potatoes
6 carrots
1/4 c. soy sauce
6 servings of chicken: 3 breasts or 3 leg quarters or 6 drumsticks

EQUIPMENT:

Lg. baking pan with cover
Bulb baster

Mince the garlic, slice the onion, clean, and cut the carrots into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Mix the vegetables and spread them in the baking pan. Skin the chicken pieces and nestle them in the vegetables. Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 60 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through. This will depend on the size of your pan, the size of the vegetable chunks and the chicken cuts you are using. Baste the chicken and vegetables with the pan juices from time to time. Serve with the pan juices or more soy sauce on the side.

Great recipe easy to do, especially for a family. A little bland though. Not quite sure what you could add to it.
