“SMOKIN' COWBOY BEANS” IS IN:

SMOKIN' COWBOY BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 (1 lb.) pkg lil' smokies, chopped (Hillshire Farms)
3 (15 oz. ea.) cans chili beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel medium tomatoes with chilies, drained
1 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish.

Brown ground beef and drain. Sauté onions and bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared casserole dish and cover.

Bake at 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite corn chips.
